Purchase Plans
TURN-KEY PLANS
Plan 1 (Basic) Entermod will do all the site preparation,
including foundation, crane-setting on the foundation, and completing
all the inside work such as carpentry, moldings, plumbing, and electrical.
Outside, we finish the siding and roof. This is a basic Turnkey, completed
for you to move in. Basic Turnkey includes Utility Connections of up
to 50’, Culvert and 50’Gravel Drive, Septic tank with based
on normal conditions, and two upgraded Sets of steps with Landings and
rails
Plan 2 (Detailed) For Homes sited into Neighborhoods/Subdivisions/or
City Lots: This plan is a pricing plan where Entermod adds for Exterior
enhancements to integrate your Home to blend with the surrounding Homes.
It is priced on a per Purchaser basis as defined by the requirements
of the subdivision, restrictions, and city regulations. It is a flexible
plan where the Purchaser can add for allowances or other on site options
listed on the GOLD KEY statement of work.
Plan 3 (Real-Estate Packages) Can be either plan 1 or 2 and
includes real property, construction financing, and closing cost. It
also includes General Contractor fees and pricing is appraisal based.
Owner Completed Plans
Owner Completed Plans are available where Entermod is the supplier and
the Owner is the General Contractor. This plan is the lowest cost because
there is no statement of work by Entermod and final payment is due upon
delivery to the home site. |

Developer and Investor Plans
Entermod is the supplier to the Developer. Pricing is based on the
Modular units being delivered curbside and the Developer completes
the homes. Investor Plans is based on the statement of work but pricing
is based on multi purchases and volume discounts are applied. These
plans can include Apartments, Condos and Town
Houses, Motels, Single Family, Patio Homes, 4 Plex units, Duplex
Units, Retirement/Assisted Living and more.
