Entermod is now forming the affordable housing initiate alliance for communities that have a real need for affordable housing. What this means to you is that you will belong to a housing group that will have the buying power to lower the cost of building by volume purchasing no matter if your need is 3 homes or 300. The alliance also will provide member information sharing to communicate with each other on what is working for their community as well as ideas and comments. Entermod is focused on providing affordable homes to municipal authorities, community development agencies and coalitions and partnerships that provide or desire to provide affordable housing for their community. We offer plans for revitalization for all types of designs to blend in with the current housing in the various neighborhoods. We offer customer training, counseling as well as provide support in all phases of the home buying process.
